Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Masters of Tax is a plus.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate environment.
• CPA or CPA candidate highly preferred; highly organized and coachable.
• Effective communication with team and leadership; strong LOX tax knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions and relevant disclosures for financial statements (ASC740).
• Ensure timely federal/state tax compliance calculations and filings.
• Monitor and respond to tax notices and audits.
• Prepare month-end tax journal entries and perform reconciliations.
• Assist with tax planning, due diligence, and business acquisitions as needed.
