Eden Capital Careers in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Tax Analyst to prepare tax provisions, filings, and month-end tax entries for a growing team. The role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication across the tax function.

We expect 3–5 years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate settings with CPA or CPA candidate status preferred. Experience with ASC 740 and state/local taxes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 3–5 years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate environment.
• CPA or CPA candidate highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions and disclosures per ASC 740.
• Ensure timely federal and state tax compliance calculations and filings.
• Monitor and respond to tax notices at federal and state levels.
• Prepare month-end tax journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Assist with design and maintenance of tax processes and controls.
• Support tax planning, due diligence, and acquisitions as needed.
