Talent Solutions Partners in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Tax Analyst to prepare tax provisions, filings, and month-end entries. CPA or candidate preferred; 3–5 years in public accounting or corporate tax preferred. You'll join a growing tax team in Central Phoenix.

This role requires detail orientation and strong communication with leadership; familiarity with ASC740, state and local tax, and tax notices. Salary is $85,000–$100,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MBA/masters in Tax a plus.
• 3–5 years tax experience in public accounting or corporate environment.
• CPA or CPA candidate highly preferred.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and analytical.
• Excellent communication with team and leadership.
• Strong state and local tax knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions and related disclosures per ASC740.
• Ensure timely preparation of federal and state tax compliance calculations and filings.
• Monitor and respond to tax notices including federal and state audits.
• Prepare month-end tax journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
• Assist with design, implementation, and maintenance of tax processes and controls.
• Assist with tax planning, due diligence, and acquisitions as needed.
• Provide information to management and external parties.
