Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years tax experience in public accounting or corporate environment.
• CPA or CPA candidate highly preferred.
• Detail oriented, organized and coachable mindset.
• Strong communication with team and leadership; state and local tax knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions and disclosures per ASC 740.
• Prepare federal and state tax compliance calculations and filings.
• Monitor and respond to tax notices including federal and state audits.
• Prepare month-end tax journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist with design, implementation of tax processes and controls.
• Assist with tax planning, due diligence, and business acquisitions as needed.
• Provide information requested by management and external parties.
