Acloché LLC seeks a Senior Tax Analyst in Central Phoenix to handle tax provisions, filings, and month-end journal entries with ASC 740 focus. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required or equivalent
• 3-5 years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate environment
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Highly organized, driven and coachable mindset
• Detail oriented and analytical with strong communication skills
• Experience with state and local tax is preferred

Responsabilités

• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions and related disclosures for financial statements per ASC740
• Ensure timely federal and state tax compliance calculations and filings
• Monitor tax notices and respond to federal/state audits
• Prepare month-end tax journal entries and perform reconciliations
• Assist with tax process design, implementation and controls
• Assist with tax planning, due diligence, and business acquisitions
• Provide information to management and external parties as needed
