Job Overview

ADP is hiring a Senior Tax Analyst. The role involves performing and monitoring the preparation of Federal and State incentive programs, including compliance, credit calculations, and certification for ADP clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle high volume of complex programs; mentor team members; supervise indirectly if needed.
  2. Ensure quality and accuracy in audit and CRM processes.
  3. Provide technical guidance and training to less experienced team members.
  4. Meet productivity and quality standards.
  5. Calculate credits accurately and timely according to jurisdictional guidelines.
  6. Research programs to keep reference materials current.
  7. Analyze and manipulate client data records.
  8. Interact with state program coordinators and assist in client audits.
  9. Prepare client work products per specifications.
  10. Cross-train in various credit programs.
  11. Stay updated on laws and regulations; advise management accordingly.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate federal and/or state tax credits and incentives.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CPA/MBA required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with R&D Tax Credits.
  • Ability to understand complex tax concepts and apply them to client needs.
  • Knowledge of corporate structures and financial concepts.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Proven collaboration and mentoring skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic MS Access.
Additional Information

The salary range is $57,100 - $116,100 annually, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and paid time off. Location, skills, and experience influence compensation.
