Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics or CPA; required
• Master's degree in Accountancy or Taxation preferred
• Two+ years of tax experience in public accounting, private industry, or consulting; required

Responsibilities

• Participates in tax engagements and identifies client needs
• Gathers information to prepare tax returns with clients and advisors
• Prepares complex individual, trust, estate, S-Corp, foundation, partnership, and gift tax returns
• Reviews basic returns and provides feedback to staff
• Analyzes tax notices and drafts responses
• Conducts tax research and develops recommendations for PCS leadership
• Works independently and in teams to meet deadlines
• Prioritizes and completes tasks
• Builds relationships with other professionals inside and outside the firm
