Qualifications

• Two or more years of prior tax experience in a professional services setting.
• Experience with private client service and high net worth clients preferred.
• CPA or EA designation preferred or eligible.
• Proficient with tax software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Participates in tax and consulting engagements and identifies client needs.
• Prepares complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, and entities.
• Reviews basic tax returns and provides feedback to staff and interns.
• Analyzes tax notices and drafts initial responses for clients.
• Performs advanced tax research and recommends solutions to leadership.
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment independently or with the team.
• Mentor PCS Associates and supervise day-to-day assignments.
