Job summary

BDO's Private Client Services practice delivers tax compliance and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and families. A Tax Experienced Senior will use their tax knowledge to support engagements, supervise staff, and build strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, time management, and collaboration within a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to develop business development skills and contribute to firm growth.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of tax experience in public accounting, private industry, or consulting.
• Experience with private client services preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in tax and consulting engagements and identifies client needs.
• Gathers information to prepare tax returns with clients and advisors.
• Develops understanding of complex tax returns in multiple jurisdictions.
• Reviews returns and provides feedback to staff and interns.
• Performs advanced tax research and prepares recommendations for PCS leadership.
