Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or EA certification preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience with virtual tax interviews and tax planning.
• Sales/marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention.
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation as needed.
