H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and benefit from the team's advanced training. You’ll help clients make confident, informed decisions and grow their relationships year over year.

In this role you’ll conduct tax interviews, prepare complete returns, provide IRS support, and mentor teammates while generating business growth and client retention through added products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews
• Experience with tax planning and audit support
• Sales and/or marketing experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
