You will prepare returns, uncover savings, and build lasting client relationships in an in-person Block Advisors office. Responsibilities include conducting client interviews, delivering personalized recommendations, providing IRS support, and collaborating with a team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience preparing complex tax returns and advising clients.
• Strong client-facing advisory experience.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in clear, client-friendly language.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations and implications.
• Build year-round client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, notices, and audit guidance as needed.
