In-person at a local Block Advisors office, you'll prepare returns, interview clients, and recommend tax-saving opportunities using our training and technology. You will build lasting client relationships, provide IRS support and audit guidance, and collaborate with a team in a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience handling complex individual and business returns.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
