Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our fast-growing firm. You will manage tax and other assignments with minimal supervision, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships.

You will conduct engagement reviews, perform research, and help increase team profitability while pursuing CPA licensure if not yet obtained. Remote or hybrid work options may be available based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; advanced degree a plus.
• CPA exam eligibility or CPA license considered advantageous.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax rules.

Responsabilités

• Complete tax projects for designated clients with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage increasing responsibility.
• Research, analyze data, and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to profitability.
• Supervise and mentor staff accountants and support staff.
