Koniag Government Services seeks a Senior Task Order Program Manager with a current TS/SCI clearance to oversee DISA J6 C4E programs across Fort Meade, the Pentagon, and Warrenton. The role demands leadership of technical teams, risk management, and strategic execution in a multi-site environment.

You will report on program status, maintain RMF compliance, and guide modernization efforts while coordinating with senior government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 15+ years of related experience.
• 10+ years in DoD IT program management.
• 10+ years of supervisory/management experience across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects at several locations.
• Current/Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience with RMF, DISA STIGs, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Proven program delivery in federal environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provides executive-level program management for IT operations and sustainment services.
• Leads technical direction for all PWS requirements across each task program area.
• Oversees program execution to meet contractual obligations and technical requirements.
• Develops and maintains program management plans, schedules, and controls.
• Manages resources, budget, staffing, and performance metrics across programs.
• Mentors project teams and ensures policy adherence.
• Monitors performance, identifies risks, implements mitigation.
• Ensures RMF security posture and compliance.
• Delivers progress reports and briefings to DISA J6 leadership.
• Develops strategic roadmaps for technology modernization.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements.
• Advises DISA J6 Government leadership on emerging technologies.
• Aligns program activities with DISA J6’s objectives.
• Acts as trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology matters.
• Provides technical direction to executive project teams.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices.
