Koniag Emerging Technologies, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, in Adelphi, MD, seeks an SME IV/Project Manager with a TS/SCI clearance to support Army programs and our government customer in Adelphi, MD. The position is hybrid.

The SME IV/Project Manager will oversee critical Army programs while providing technical expertise in test and field management. Principal responsibilities include coordinating large projects, evaluating complex problems, and delivering detailed plans and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of project/test management for DoD programs.
• 5+ years of DoD T&E experience.
• Active SSBI clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience managing complex technical projects from concept through implementation.
• Experience with DoD test management and evaluation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large programs or major project segments from concept through implementation.
• Analyze complex project problems and create innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, and tools.
• Serve as single point of contact for assigned projects with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Review requirements to define scope and objectives; develop detailed work plans and schedules.
• Manage project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; plan and facilitate meetings.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review deliverables; coordinate vendor tasks.
