Job summary

Tier4 Group seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-visibility DoD modernization initiative in Herndon, VA. You will own program execution, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with Government stakeholders to deliver mission-critical outcomes.

The role requires Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a Master’s degree, and 5+ years of federal program experience, with cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise modernization expertise.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Master's degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years managing large federal/DoD programs or task orders.
• Experience in cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure or data modernization.
• PMI PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Interface between contractor team and Government leadership (COR, TPOC, etc.).
• Lead large-scale modernization programs for DoD operations.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks and metrics.
• Manage cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with Government, partners and subcontractors.
• Deliver executive briefings on status, milestones, budgets, risks.
• Drive governance, ensure alignment with EA, security and modernization.
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies and program governance.
