DarkStar Intelligence is looking for a Senior Task Manager to support our customer onsite in Bethesda, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Director level
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
• Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
• Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization

Requirements

• TS/SCI w/poly level clearance is required
• Requires a BS/BA with 18+ years, MS+10 or no degree and 24 years of experience
• Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
• Receiving tasks via multiple vehicles and systems
• Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
• Coordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities

Desired Skills

• Experience with preparing training materials and written instructions on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization

Salary Range

$130,000 - $165,000 per year This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
