DarkStar Intelligence LLC is seeking a Senior Task Manager to support our customer onsite in Bethesda, Maryland. The role involves coordinating staff tasks, routing taskers, and preparing training materials to support executive-level operations.

You will work across the IC and with U.S. Government and Private Sector entities, ensuring proper processes are followed. A TS/SCI with poly clearance and extensive experience at the director/assistant director level are required.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with poly.
• Extensive experience supporting senior executive‑level administrations.
• Experience coordinating tasks and staff across multiple systems and vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Supports senior executive-led organizations at the Director/Assistant Director level.
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in administrative management systems.
• Coordinates actions with the customer space, IC, and other government and private sector entities.
• Prepares training materials and playbooks for staff packages.
