Job summary

CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Trainer/Facilitator to deliver TAP-related instruction and counseling for transitioning Service Members and Family Members at Ft. Knox, KY.

The role includes classroom delivery, workshop management, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with program standards. Responsibilities include facilitating TAP workshops, providing individual coaching, assisting with ITPS and resume development, and coordinating local workshop execution while tracking

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in Training and Development, HR, Counseling, Education, MBA or related field with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree may be substituted with additional relevant experience.
• Experience facilitating training, workshops, counseling sessions, or educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate TAP workshops, transition briefings, and classroom-based learning events.
• Provide individual counseling support to transitioning Service Members and Family Members.
• Assist clients with Individual Transition Plans, resume development, and career planning.
• Coordinate classroom setup, scheduling, materials, and local workshop execution.
• Track client progress and participation, ensuring deliverables and milestones are met.
• Conduct follow-on counseling and provide additional support throughout the transition process.
• Support regional outreach, education and employment events, career fairs, and installation activities.
• Maintain compliance with program requirements and reporting standards.
