CALIBRE Systems, Inc. leads the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) operations at Fort Riley, serving as the primary contractor contact for Government personnel and local stakeholders.

You will oversee day-to-day TAP activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment with Army policies and contract standards. The role requires strong leadership, customer service, organizational skills, and stakeholder engagement to support Soldiers’ transition from military to civilian life.

Qualifications

• Experience leading contract-based transition programs.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Army TAP policies and contractual requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, staffing, scheduling, facilities, and service delivery.
• Serve as principal contractor point of contact for Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, and transition services.
• Ensure services adhere to curriculum, Army policies, performance standards, and class-size requirements.
• Supervise counselors and liaison staff, assign workloads, and monitor training compliance.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, feedback, data entry, and site reporting.
• Provide weekly operational updates to Regional Leadership on progress and risks.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues involving facilities, equipment, and access.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC/badging, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Perform Transition Counselor duties as needed to maintain service continuity.
