Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking part-time facilitators to deliver the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) for servicemembers and families. You will teach civilian career pathways, guide goal setting, and provide job search strategies.

Roles involve in-person or virtual classrooms, with travel to satellite locations as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or associate degree and several years of training or teaching experience, plus strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate’s degree with 3 years of professional training or teaching experience.
• Experience as a classroom instructor and understanding of private/public sector employment processes.
• Ability to train large groups and engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Teach transitioning military personnel to civilian/professional occupations.
• Guide goal setting and identify employment or education gaps.
• Provide comprehensive information on job search, networking, and credentialing.
• Deliver standardized curriculum in person or virtually and complete admin tasks.
