Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead on construction projects on site.
• Serve as primary contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity and manage scope changes.
• Ensure understanding of contract scope and tracking of progress via weekly reports.
• Provide leadership on safety and quality to team, and mentor crew members.
• Recruit, evaluate, and develop field workers with input from PM/HR.
