Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) in Braddock, PA is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder. You will supervise field projects, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity on site.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks. Welding ability is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass background checks.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Welding ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead on construction projects.
• Serve as point of contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on the jobsite.
• Understand contract scope and identify field changes.
• Lead safety culture and quality on site; reduce go-backs.
• Improve field productivity; keep projects on time and budget.
• Balance customer satisfaction with project profitability.
• Provide craft knowledge in welding, erection, tank work.
• Assist in recruiting field workers and training.
• Ensure tooling and equipment are maintained and stored.
