Yuno is hiring a Technical Account Manager to lead and elevate our LATAM technical customer relationships. You will guide a team of TAMs, work with Product and Engineering, and ensure top-tier integration delivery across a dynamic payment market.

You will collaborate with Sales and Partnerships and drive regional growth while maintaining exceptional customer trust and technical excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in technical account management or integration engineering, fintech/payments preferred.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and mentoring others.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML and API tools.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Serve as senior technical contact for strategic LATAM accounts and manage escalations.
• Lead discussions on technical strategy, incident management, and risk mitigation.
• Define onboarding, integration delivery, and ongoing health monitoring best practices.
• Build deep knowledge of customers' business models and tech stacks to unlock value.
• Collaborate with Product and Development to align roadmap with customer needs.
• Guide cross-functional partners to support account retention and regional growth.
• Monitor integration progress and ensure high-quality delivery across the team.
• Advocate for LATAM customers within Yuno and share regional insights.
