The role requires strong consulting, analytics, and change-management skills, with a focus on employee engagement and leadership development. Hybrid work is expected, with onsite collaboration in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, HR consulting, or related roles.
• Experience with talent review, succession planning, and performance management.
• Experience advising leaders to translate business priorities into talent solutions.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and relationship-building skills; ability to build credibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead year-round talent planning and succession processes across the enterprise.
• Partner with leaders to assess bench strength, identify successors, and close readiness gaps.
• Design and deliver development strategies for high-potential and successor talent.
• Guide the annual performance cycle: goals, quarterly connections, development planning, calibration.
• Support leaders in setting clear goals and sustaining performance conversations.
• Facilitate calibration and designation processes for fairness and alignment.
• Analyze talent data to measure program impact and drive improvements.
• Collaborate across HR and business to deliver integrated talent solutions.
• Align with broader talent priorities like engagement and leadership development.
