Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Senior Talent Management Consultant to drive enterprise talent planning and performance alignment. You will partner with leaders and HR to accelerate leadership readiness and strengthen the talent pipeline, while guiding development and engagement initiatives across the organization.

In a role focused on talent strategies, you will deliver practical, high-impact solutions, measure outcomes, and contribute to the broader employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in HR/OD.
• 5+ years in talent management, organizational development, or HR consulting.
• Experience with talent review, succession planning, and performance management.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical talent solutions.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent planning, talent review, and succession planning across the enterprise.
• Guide performance alignment including goal setting, quarterly check-ins, development planning and year-end calibration.
• Design evaluation tools and analyze data to drive continuous improvement of talent programs.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver integrated talent solutions and leadership development.
