• Consult with senior leaders and HR partners to assess gaps and design solutions.
• Oversee multiple complex programs, manage scope, timelines and resources.
• Develop change management plans and evaluate program outcomes with leadership feedback.
• Facilitate executive learning experiences and coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership pipeline.
