Banner Health is seeking a senior financial leader to plan, direct, and optimize divisional financial operations. The role partners with senior leadership to align initiatives with Banner Health's mission and strategy.

You will champion long-range financial planning, drive performance improvements, and lead a team to ensure robust reporting, governance, and compliant operations across the division.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong business acumen, usually from a master’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years of progressive leadership in a large multi-operational corporate environment.
• Experience with revenue cycle, capital planning, M&A and service line growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, organize and evaluate divisional financial operations aligned with Banner Health strategies.
• Advise senior leadership on operating strategies and financial outcomes.
• Develop long-range goals, monitor performance and provide leadership to direct reports.
• Coordinate financial reporting infrastructure for the division and delivery system.
• Evaluate capital proposals to maximize asset utilization and ROI.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance across the division.
