Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong ability to consult with leaders and influence talent decisions.
• Ability to mentor, coach and develop junior TA members.
• Proven sourcing, candidate assessment and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions in a hybrid model.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring strategies.
• Build relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach TA team members and share best practices.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using data, networks, and tools.
• Support TA initiatives to advance talent strategies and capability.
