Job summary

Achieve seeks an experienced Sr. HR Business Partner to act as a strategic talent champion for a designated client group. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into workforce plans, align talent strategies with executive goals, and drive high-performance across teams.

You will embed the Assess/Reward/Develop/Engage framework, craft organizational design solutions, and coach leaders toward robust talent pipelines in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ of increasing HR responsibility in diverse orgs.
• Transition from admin to strategic advisory with pod-based support.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; professional certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic talent connector for assigned client group in Achieve.
• Champion Assess/Reward/Develop/Engage framework across the organization.
• Design for impact with guidance on team structures and workforce optimization.
• Coach leaders to build talent pipelines and clear career architectures.
• Collaborate with HR Representative & Leaves Pod for tactical operations.
