Ascentek Services, LLC is seeking a Teammate Experience Partner to strengthen employee engagement and support onboarding, performance conversations, and recognition programs. You will partner with leaders and teammates to deliver meaningful programs across the full teammate lifecycle, from attraction to retention, ensuring care, partnership and service.

The role focuses on recruitment and engagement strategies, policy interpretation, and compliance, with a hybrid work model and a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in human resources including talent acquisition, engagement or related functions.
• Knowledge of engagement strategies and full cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience with compliance, teammate relations or organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engagement initiatives that align with Ascentek’s values and purpose.
• Advise leaders on performance management and teammate relations concerns.
• Facilitate onboarding and improve new hire experience programs.
• Implement feedback mechanisms such as surveys and interviews to gather insights.
• Lead recognition programs and partner with teams to enhance experience initiatives.
• Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
