CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Senior Sourcing Talent Acquisition Partner to build proactive, high-quality pipelines for complex roles. You will operate as a market expert, leveraging advanced sourcing methods and data-driven insights to engage passive talent across functions.

The ideal candidate brings strong research and direct-sourcing expertise, superb judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing, talent intelligence, and/or executive search experience identifying and engaging passive candidates for mid- to senior-level roles.
• Experience supporting technology, product, sales, go-to-market, corporate functions, or other complex business areas in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional sourcing depth, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, competitive research, direct outreach, and pipeline management.
• Ability to translate talent market insights into clear recommendations for partners, hiring leaders, and stakeholders.

• Candidate Identification, Engagement, and Assessment with a high-touch experience.
• Talent Market Intelligence and Advisory to inform recruiting strategy and workforce planning.
• Partnership and Stakeholder Management with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Analytics, Tools, and Process Excellence to improve sourcing efficiency.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing to uplift colleagues on advanced sourcing techniques.
