Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in sourcing, talent intelligence, and/or executive search identifying passive candidates.
• Experience supporting technology, product, sales, or other complex areas in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional sourcing depth: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, competitive research, direct outreach, referrals, pipeline management.
• Ability to translate talent market insights into concise recommendations for partners and leaders.
• Strong consultative communication; ability to surface risks and guide sourcing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for complex roles across business areas.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using market intelligence and advanced channels.
• Identify, engage, and nurture passive talent ahead of demand.
• Create compelling outreach representing CCC's employer value proposition.
• Screen and assess candidates for role fit, motivation, and compensation expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in CCC’s ATS.
• Track competitor activity and talent market trends to advise strategy.
• Prepare insights, talent maps, and pipeline reporting for stakeholders.
• Mentor recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and market intelligence.
