For our client, we are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on building strong candidate pipelines for technical functions, with an emphasis on Engineering, Product, and Design searches. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to shape sourcing strategies, map talent markets, and engage high-caliber passive talent early in the hiring process. The position requires a data-driven approach to outreach, market insight, and candidate relationship-building to support efficient hiring outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline building for Engineering, Product, and Design roles, adapting to other searches as needed
• Map talent markets to discover new sources of top-tier candidates
• Develop sourcing strategies using outbound methods, referrals, and community engagement
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles
• Leverage data and market insights to identify gaps and refine sourcing strategies
• Engage candidates from initial outreach through screening, building context with teams
