Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record sourcing passive candidates.
• Successful filling difficult, senior-level roles.
• Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social media.
• Experience across multiple locations and markets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for property management, maintenance, corporate, and leadership positions.
• Conduct extensive outreach to passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, candidate databases, networking, referrals, social media, industry groups, and other sourcing channels.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult‑to‑fill and specialized positions.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Identify and source talent from multifamily property management companies, real estate organizations, and other related industries to build strong candidate pipelines across our markets.
• Engage passive candidates, build relationships, and generate interest in career opportunities with Broad Management Group.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and evaluate qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Partner with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to understand position requirements and recruiting priorities.
• Track sourcing activity, candidate pipelines, response rates, source effectiveness, and hiring results.
• Continuously identify new sourcing tools, platforms, partnerships, and recruiting channels.
