Broad Management Group is seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in New Jersey. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for property-level and corporate positions, with the aim of building strong candidate pipelines across a multi-state portfolio.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple open requisitions, and collaborate with hiring managers to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including property-level and corporate positions.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely follow-up.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Track and manage candidate pipelines within the ATS.
