Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for engineering, technical, PM and operational roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations.
• Generate leads and provide qualified talent to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult roles.
• Maintain candidate records and ATS activity.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide pipeline updates.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
