Job summary

Sustainable Talent is partnering with a client to scale its growing manufacturing organization, seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist. You will build pipelines across automotive, manufacturing, energy, and emerging technical skills, engaging passive candidates and mapping markets to guide hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience sourcing in automotive, manufacturing, energy, or technical environments.
• Experience sourcing in battery ecosystem, including battery manufacturing, energy storage, or related technologies.
• Knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems/Solutions (BESS).
• Experience sourcing talent from automotive, advanced manufacturing, energy, or adjacent industries.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Experience with CRM and ATS platforms; Eightfold experience is highly preferred.
• Strong research, market mapping, Boolean search, social sourcing, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialized and critical roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct market mapping and provide talent intelligence on candidate availability, competitors, and emerging skill sets.
• Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and talent needs.
• Lead complex and niche searches, including roles within manufacturing, battery and Battery Energy Storage Systems/Solutions (BESS) environments.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and pipelines within CRM and ATS platforms.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through recruiter handoff.
