Job summary

AE Strategies is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to identify and engage highly specialized professionals across clinical, scientific, data science, and healthcare fields in the Washington, DC area. You will build proactive pipelines, map talent landscapes, and engage passive candidates through professional networks and AI‑assisted research.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in specialized recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and experience with AI/LLM tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of specialized, technical, scientific, healthcare, or talent sourcing experience.
Proven success with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, web sourcing, and talent research.
Experience sourcing physicians, scientists, data scientists, statisticians, or similar experts.
Knowledge of data science, AI/ML, analytics, and related disciplines.
Experience building proactive recruiting campaigns and engaging passive candidates.

Responsibilities

Build talent maps across clinical, scientific, statistical, and data science fields.
Identify candidates via publications, conferences, abstracts, and professional networks.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate research and organize talent pools.
Develop targeted sourcing campaigns to engage passive candidates.
Represent AE Strategies at scientific, healthcare, and technical events.
Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements and search strategies.
Monitor metrics and continuously improve pipeline quality and recruiting effectiveness.
