Job summary

USACS is seeking a Senior Clinical Recruiting Sourcer to design and execute advanced candidate sourcing for physicians and advanced practitioners. You’ll work as a high‑impact contributor, using market insights, data, and targeted outreach to attract top clinical talent while partnering with Recruiters and stakeholders.

This remote, nationwide role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in recruiting or sourcing, including 3+ years in the clinical/physician space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in recruiting or candidate sourcing.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical industry supporting physician talent attraction.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality physician and advanced practitioner candidate leads using advanced sourcing strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned markets and complex roles.
• Use market intelligence and analytics to identify talent pools and adjust approaches.
• Monitor KPI performance and adjust campaigns to improve results.
• Partner with Recruiters and stakeholders to understand priorities and needs.
• Record activity in CRM/ATS and enrich databases for future talent attraction.
• Research and adopt new sourcing tools and techniques based on business needs.
