Alloy is seeking a senior sourcer to own outbound engineering searches, build talent maps, and partner with Product and GTM to fuel growth. You’ll shape AI-powered sourcing workflows using Noon.ai and Gem, crafting personalized outreach that resonates with high-demand candidates.

With 6+ years in sourcing at tech or fintech, you’ll master LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and ATS integrations like Greenhouse or Ashby, while tracking metrics and refining strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sourcing or research-focused recruiting experience in tech or fintech.
• Proven track record sourcing top talent across Data Science, Software Engineering, Security, Product, G&A, and GTM.
• Real AI fluency: using agentic sourcing tools in live searches.

Responsabilités

• Own outbound sourcing for Engineering roles and support Product and GTM searches.
• Write outreach that candidates with options actually answer: specific, credible, personalized.
• Run parallel pipelines across competing roles with TA partners.
• Source beyond LinkedIn: communities, OSS, papers, referrals, events.
• Turn market research into intelligence to guide talent strategies.
• Track outreach metrics and report pipeline health to recruiters and leadership.
• Own AI-augmented sourcing workflow using Noon.ai and Gem.
