Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sourcing in high-growth environments.
• 0-to-1 sourcing experience, from scratch or leading strategy.
• Hands-on AI-powered sourcing tools, automation, and messaging.
• Fast learner with ability to grasp complex tech domains.
• Proven track record in branding events to generate passive inbound pipelines.
• Strong data mindset to measure funnel conversions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, OKRs, and model for a scalable sourcing function.
