Job summary
TalentoHC is seeking a Senior Managing Director in the Los Angeles area to lead a client-aligned Talent Practice. You will own business development, strategic partnerships, recruiting leadership, and the financial health of the practice, delivering high-value talent solutions and profitable growth.
You will build and scale a high-performing team, drive revenue and gross profit, and shape strategic search capabilities across industries to meet complex talent needs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in recruiting, executive search, staffing, or talent solutions with full 360° lifecycle ownership.
- 5+ years of experience leading and coaching recruiting professionals.
- Experience managing or contributing to P&L, revenue, gross profit, forecasting, and productivity.
- 2+ years of owning complex client relationships and expanding accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities and strengthening partnerships.
- Expand existing customer relationships by understanding talent needs and increasing search scope.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team and manage workload allocation.
- Own the practice P&L, balancing growth with client outcomes and operational efficiency.
