Job summary

Hawke Media in Santa Monica seeks a Senior Recruiter / Talent Lead to own full-cycle recruiting across marketing, creative, sales, and operations. You will partner with hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent, while improving the candidate and hiring manager experience.

In addition to recruiting, this role will work with the Director of People Operations on branding, onboarding, internal mobility, and employee development to help Hawke attract, retain, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and proactive talent pipelines.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Paycom (a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for priority roles.
• Source, screen, interview, assess, and close qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with People Operations on employer branding and onboarding.
• Contribute to employee development and internal mobility initiatives.
