Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Talent Pipeline Recruiter to lead proactive sourcing for critical and future workforce needs. You will use advanced techniques, market intelligence, and data-driven insights to inform recruiting strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders will be essential to build strong candidate pipelines and drive high-priority fills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years in talent sourcing or related HR role.
• Proven ability to build pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Experience filling high-priority, hard-to-fill roles under tight timelines.
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates.
• Experience using ATS and CRM systems to manage pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical and future needs.
• Identify, research, and engage candidates using Boolean searches and professional networks.
• Analyze labor market trends to inform recruiting strategies.
• Advise hiring leaders on talent availability and competition.
• Leverage data and campaign metrics to refine sourcing strategies and improve outcomes.
• Support recruiting by coordinating outreach and scheduling and posting jobs.
• Maintain databases and track candidate engagement for future hiring needs.
• Re-engage past applicants and passive candidates regarding opportunities.
• SWAT Recruiting and rapid deployment for urgent requisitions.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned SWAT roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify priorities and timelines.
• Provide market insights and compensation guidance as needed.
