Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Talent Sourcer who will partner with Executive Recruiting to build leadership pipelines in alignment with business priorities. This onsite role in San Antonio, TX will involve market intelligence, proactive sourcing, and consultative engagement for senior searches.

You will own candidate experience from outreach through close, collaborate with hiring leaders, and maintain Workday records while developing deliverables like candidate summaries and stakeholder briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HRM or Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required.
• Experience with Workday ATS system preferred.
• Experience in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing or related fields preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for senior candidates and present the organization compellingly.
• Maintain high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and responsiveness.
• Partner with Executive Recruiters and hiring leaders to define success profiles and target organizations.
• Translate business priorities into targeted sourcing strategies and talent segmentation.
• Develop and maintain executive talent pipelines for immediate and future needs.
• Execute tailored outreach to senior candidates based on experience and goals.
• Conduct exploratory conversations and assessments to evaluate leadership fit.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and candidate documentation in Workday.
• Develop recruiting deliverables like interview guides and candidate summaries.
• Support recruiting workflows with consistency and accuracy.
• Operate as an integrated partner across the full search lifecycle.
