Job summary

pplwise is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join a fast-growing space-tech client, offering fully remote work from Canada and paid hourly engagement. You will own end-to-end recruitment across tech, GTM, or general business roles, building pipelines and forecasts using the company’s framework.

Ideal candidates have several years in high-growth recruiting, strong data-driven decision making, and proficiency in managing stakeholders. English fluent required, French a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of full-cycle recruiting in startups, scale-ups or other high-growth environments.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Fluent English, written and spoken. French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the client’s hiring goals across either tech or go-to-market and business roles, end to end.
• Manage stakeholders proactively, acting as a strategic partner who spots bottlenecks and solves them through clear communication and critical thinking.
• Build and run hiring forecasts. Choose the right channels and strategies, with a clear sense of urgency and backward planning.
• Use recruiting systems and data to drive decisions before and during each search.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Work closely with the wider pplwise team, giving and getting support on sourcing or delivery bottlenecks.
