Job summary

pplwise is embedding you in the recruiting team of a fast-growing space-tech company to build out their Nordic organisation. You’ll hire for technical, go-to-market or general business roles, managing end-to-end hiring goals with autonomy and a data-driven approach.

In this role you’ll source candidates across the Nordics, engage hiring managers, forecast delivery, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Several years of full-cycle recruiting in startups, scale-ups or other high-growth environments.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the client’s hiring goals end to end for tech, go-to-market, and business roles.
• Source and engage candidates across the Nordic market leveraging your network.
• Manage stakeholders as a strategic partner, communicating clearly and solving bottlenecks.
• Build hiring forecasts and select channels with urgency and backward planning.
• Use recruiting systems and data to drive decisions before and during searches.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Collaborate closely with the wider pplwise team to address sourcing or delivery bottlenecks.
