Job summary

Esri in Redlands, CA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple technical teams. You will partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and build plans to source, engage, and close top talent while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing for technical positions at all levels.
• Demonstrated track record of building successful partnerships at all organizational levels
• Solid capacity to conduct behavioral competency assessments and determine best placement of talent
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment
• Motivation to take initiative and a passion for results
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications

Responsibilities

• Drive results. Own full-cycle recruiting and employee selection efforts within our growing Products divisions.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring objectives and develop a plan to hit goals and deliver quality and timely results.
• Create and execute effective sourcing strategies to find professionals across a variety of roles.
• Foster relationships with leadership teams and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with HR specialists in mobility, training, compensation, and compliance.
• Be an expert by developing deep business knowledge and analyzing recruiting trends.
